Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original packaging; for bicycles, ensure all protective padding is in place to prevent transit damage.
Drop Off or Collection
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a professional courier pickup for bike boxes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the returned gear to ensure it is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
