The Bend Banner Cap is made from water-repellent recycled nylon — lightweight, packable, and finished with a treatment that gives the fabric a quietly worn, vintage character. The six-panel crown sits at a depth that feels settled on the head without being heavy; a mesh lining keeps air moving.

Fit is adjustable at the back, with elastic on one side and a drawcord that allows fine-tuning while wearing. The included mini sacoche packs the cap down for travel and doubles as a chin strap when needed — its shoulder cord detaches and reattaches cleanly.
